The procedure for joining is for the applicant to prepare a brief (one page or less) statement describing:

their organization
-
the business or research areas in which they are involved and
-
how they think they could contribute to, add to or benefit from the Learning Grid area.
This statement is then sent to the National Node for the relevant country (or the Science and Technology Facilities Council if there is no National Node in your country). The Country Node Coordinator than sends the statement to CRMPA who will post the statement on the SIteScape forum and lunch an electronic survey. The survey will be left open for 15 days. If no objection rised the applicant will be included in the mailing list and wiil be given the access to code to SiteScape forum.
